This has been my motto for the past 11 years, to never ever EVER GIVE UP PERIOD!

But I realize that way of thinking is hard for some people, so I decided to take my lessons that I learned from my journey along with my skills, knowledge and passion to help others overcome obesity and common health conditions.

 I hope to inspire others to believe that the impossible is possible. You can have what you say as long as you believe and have the courage to take the first step in being well-balanced, well-nourished & well-fit.

 Hi, My name is Tisha Lundy, I’m an entrepreneur, writer, mother, licensed massage therapist, and a life coach. Helping others to shed unwanted fat is my ministry. I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for 11 years. I enjoy motivating others to be all that they can be.

Here’s my story:

Yes that’s me at 385lbs!

I discovered something was wrong with my genetic makeup soon after I became pregnant. I gained 95lbs during a nine month pregnancy and was told that I was a “rapid weight gainer.” 4 years later developed high blood pressure and weighed in at a whooping 385lbs. Well that term was new to me considering I had never been morbidly obese before. And of course like many women, I thought the weight would all fall off and the hypertension would go away with diet and exercise.


I loved working out but I just couldn’t reach my weight loss goals.

My moment of truth happened when I realized how hard it would be to get the weight off and to get a normal blood pressure reading again. Conventional diets would work for a while but then stoped working for me. I LOVED hard core exercise, counted calories, ate a sensible diet, watched my sodium intake and was very compliant in my weight loss efforts BUT I still looked puffy and couldn’t hit big weight loss goals (yo-yo syndrome).

Getting smaller but still not there.

After 9 years of intense work outs and trying every diet ever invented I was finally introduced to a Paleo nutritionist and crossfit exercise coach. I rediscovered myself and was finally able to get down to the real problem of my obesity and hypertension issues. I have since learned that my “rapid weight gain” and hypertension condition was linked to a gluten, grain, corn, soy & sugar sensitivity. I was allergic to common foods even the ones I thought were healthy and never knew it.

You have to see the before, BEFORE you can understand the AFTER…. 170lbs lost and still counting!

This is me now, I’ve come a long way. I no longer have a every 3-6 month doctor visit that has changed to a normal annual visit and my blood pressure is finally under control. I’m hitting my target weight loss goals. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished and it feels so good to finally be on the right track.

I would have to admit I was a skeptic at first considering I had tried so many other diets, but Paleo is not a diet it’s a lifestyle and it WORKS! Try it today, what do you have to lose?
